All wines listed must be stored with Wine Nod and accompanied by required documentation.
Sellers must hold a valid liquor licence in Singapore in accordance with the Singapore Police Force Liquor Licence Regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the seller to ensure full compliance with all licensing, excise, and regulatory obligations before listing any wines for sale. Wine Nod reserves the right to suspend, remove, or refuse any listings found or suspected to breach applicable regulations, including unlicensed sales. You may refer to the official guidelines and application process via the Singapore Police Force Liquor Licence Portal.

Wine Nod does not hold, control, or manage funds on behalf of members and does not guarantee the completion or quality of any transaction. All transactions are conducted at the sole discretion and risk of the participating members.
“Verified” provenance means only that Wine Nod has received supporting documentation from the seller; it does not constitute independent verification or authentication. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of provenance and authenticity claims. Buyers must exercise due diligence and discretion before purchasing. Wine Nod expressly disclaims any warranty or representation, whether express or implied, regarding the authenticity, provenance, or valuation of any wine listed on the Marketplace.
Wines stored under Wine Nod are covered by a facility-level insurance policy arranged through our appointed storage partners, covering fire, lightning, flood, and theft by forcible entry. Coverage applies to the facility as a whole and does not extend to individual bottles or members’ declared valuations. Exclusions include deterioration, label or cork damage, leakage, disappearance, or handling by unauthorised third parties. Wine Nod’s liability is limited strictly to the extent recoverable under the applicable insurance policy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., market value decline or enjoyment loss). Members are encouraged to obtain private insurance for high-value wines.
Wine Nod acts only as a digital platform provider. We are not an agent, broker, reseller, or intermediary. We do not own, take title to, or guarantee wines listed by members. Wine Nod operates solely as a digital platform provider and facilitator of member-to-member interactions. Buyers are encouraged to exercise due diligence and independent judgment prior to any transaction.
All payments are processed by Stripe under its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Wine Nod does not collect or store complete payment card details. Stripe manages all authorisations, settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and anti-fraud checks. Any payment disputes or chargebacks will be handled directly by Stripe. Wine Nod will assist members but cannot override or reverse Stripe’s decisions.

A two (2) week goodwill grace period follows subscription expiry; uncollected wines thereafter are considered forfeited and may be disposed of without further notice nor compensation.
